Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Formulating, reviewing and implementing of HR policies based on corporate guidelines and statutory requirements among the group of companies [Singapore/ Malaysia/ Vietnam/ Thailand/ China]
  • Sites visit and audit, currently on virtual inspection
  • Responsible for all HR audit and corrective action plan; improvement plan; etc.
  • Management review on HR issues
  • Review and implement HR policies in compliance with sites government legislations
  • Drive the recruitment process and strategy for the entity in accordance to the business needs and growth
  • Handling recruitment activities such as posting of job opening online; shortlisting; virtual group interview; internship program; etc.
  • Responsible for employee travel issues; compliance of regulations on boarder entry; etc.
  • Support on matters related to expatriates (payroll, tax, employment pass, housing, repatriation support, etc.)
  • Oversees the smooth operation of the HR and administrative functions for each entity
  • Ensuring the on-time; accuracy of payroll for all entities
  • HR software project management; implementation of new software; conversion of cloud-based
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
  • Align compensation and benefits practices to performance management Review compensation level and evaluation system including bonus, promotion and salary increment
