In-charge of full recruitment cycle and report to HR Manager.
Handle all recruitment matters including advertising, conducting of interviews, job offer.
Responsible for Work pass application, renewable and cancellation.
In-charge of on-boarding and off-boarding processes,
In-charge/ arrange Dormitory check in/out, room arrangement and liaise with dorm operator if theres any changes.
Perform and oversee monthly payroll processing, reconciliation and reporting.
Submission of CPF contribution, income tax clearance, NS make-up pay claims, government paid leave claims and annual employment income.
Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports.
Strong and proven HR leadership with effective inter-personal communication and influencing skills to deal with management and employees at all levels.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience
Proactive and possess initiative
