Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Business partner to advise and support department heads in HR initiatives and strategies
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities including work pass management.
  • Maintain and update employees personal files and leave in HR system, ensure confidentiality of all HR documents
  • Responsible for coordinating and submitting of documents for payroll processing
  • Checking of employee attendance and overtime records
  • Manage Covid related regulatory matters and assist in safe management measures.
  • Handle insurance related claims and liaise with insurance broker
  • Handle training and development of employees
  • Review and update HR related processes to be aligned with HQ policies
  • Liaise with MOM, CPF or IRAS for HR matters
  • Responsible for planning of activities in relation to employee engagement
  • Other ad-hoc Admin / HR duties assigned if any
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Has good working knowledge of Singapore labour laws and Employment Act.
  • People-oriented, resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Good written and interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Pro-active and receptive to dynamic changes
  • Well organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
