- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management and employee engagement.
- Handle the monthly payroll process independently using in-house system.
- Handle work pass/ SP/EP administration.
- Conduct HR orientation sessions to new joiners.
- Submit government claims and survey as and when required.
- Monitor the work permit holder quota and manage the WP/SP/EP renewal.
- Administer leave application and medical claim in system for warehouse direct operation staff.
- Organize company activities such as team building and annual dinner.
- Maintain accurate updates of employee records, all HR related information & work pass issues.
- Prepare HR related reports to HQ when required.
- Keep updating the knowledge on government support and propose any new entitlement for the company.
- Provide overall support on general affairs in office, such as replenishment of pantry items and office stationeries, upkeep office equipment such as copier machine.
- Assist in requesting internal approval for the purchase of new office items.
- Minimum a Diploma in HR or similar.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including with at least 2 year of payroll processing experience.
- Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently or as a team.
