Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management and employee engagement.
    • Handle the monthly payroll process independently using in-house system.
    • Handle work pass/ SP/EP administration.
    • Conduct HR orientation sessions to new joiners.
    • Submit government claims and survey as and when required.
    • Monitor the work permit holder quota and manage the WP/SP/EP renewal.
    • Administer leave application and medical claim in system for warehouse direct operation staff.
    • Organize company activities such as team building and annual dinner.
    • Maintain accurate updates of employee records, all HR related information & work pass issues.
    • Prepare HR related reports to HQ when required.
    • Keep updating the knowledge on government support and propose any new entitlement for the company.
    • Provide overall support on general affairs in office, such as replenishment of pantry items and office stationeries, upkeep office equipment such as copier machine.
    • Assist in requesting internal approval for the purchase of new office items.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in HR or similar.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including with at least 2 year of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently or as a team.
