Roles & Responsibilities

Jobs responsibilities:

  • Full knowlege in permit application and using of WPOL and EPOL and MyMOM Portal.
  • Full spectrum of HR and administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies,staffs discipline/ disputes and other HR related functions.
  • Assist in managing issues pertaining to foreign workers.
  • Assist in managing employee welfare matters.
  • Work passes applications,renewal, and cancellations.
  • Assist in carrying HR policies and processes
  • Government grants.
  • Handle License renewal (BCA,ISO, NEA, Clean mark, Bizsafe, etc.)
  • Jobs requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in permit application
  • Knowledge of employment laws,e.g. Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act, etc.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedure of government agencies.
  • Able to handle full set of payroll.
  • Required language(s): Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
  • High level of integrity and responsibility.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Good team player.
  • Able to work under tight deadline.
