Job Description

  • Partner with the Business Leaders to understand their HR needs and provide effective HR solutions and interventions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to forecast, plan and execute the recruitment plans to meet staffing needs.
  • Advise and support for all employee related issues.
  • Work with Business Leaders and training department on orientation and relevant training programs.
  • Work with payroll department to attend to payroll queries.
  • Manage the onboarding process.
  • Manage Work Pass Applications.
  • Manage HR Benefits (Leave, medical, insurance, staff discount etc.)
  • Drives performance appraisal exercise.
  • Prepare HR related Reports.
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct briefings to staff on HR policies, practices, and any other updates.
