Job Responsibilities:

Job Scope
To be responsible for the Career Development and Learning & Development (L&D) needs of the organization to elevate the skills and capabilities of our human resources
To spearhead the onboarding programme to reinforce Companys Mission Statement, Corporate Culture, Core Values, learning opportunities, HR Policies and Procedures as well as products and services provided
To assist in the implementation of Talent Management Strategies and Succession Planning with the objective of building adequate talent supply to meet current/future organizational needs
To partner with tertiary institutions on internships/traineeship attachments to inject manpower and attract future talents to the organization
To measure the pulse of the organization through implementation of climate surveys, regular employees dialogue sessions and at the same time to communicate Management's commitment in people development
To conduct periodical in-house trainings/learning sessions
To handle all related administration duties

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Must possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
At least 3 years of experience in L&D, including conducting training and assessment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Passionate in people development
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Powerpoint)
Transport Pickup Clementi MRT at 8.05am (One way to work)
Working Hours: Mon Fri: 8.30am to 6.09pm
