Senior HR Executive

  • 1 year renewable contract
  • Work hours: office hours
  • Work location: East
  • Adecco is partnering with a well-established MNC specializing in supplying food products and they are currently looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team! This position requires the incumbent to support in the full spectrum of HR initiatives.

    Job scope:

  • Take on a business partner role supporting the field sales operations team covering services such as recruitment, contract management and annual salary reviews
  • Support training and development yearly planning & day-to day execution of various HR programs for the Nestle head office
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement survey, recognition programs, employer branding, policies review etc.
  • Administer and coordinate programs focusing on Employee Benefits supporting HR strategy.
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM/Business with at least 4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good knowledge of employment act and labour laws
  • Able to perform independently under limited supervision in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous
