Job Description: Responsibilities:
The role will have both HR operations and HR strategic responsibilities, assisting to plan and administer important functions, such as talent sourcing, compensation and benefits, manpower planning and budgeting, training and development, record management, succession planning, employee relations and retention strategies. To assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations. Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience. To assist in recruitment, selection, onboarding, benchmark studies, compensation and benefits to market and ensure they are aligned to performance, drive staff development program, career mapping and succession planning, employee engagement, employee promotion / mobility, and manage HR compliance related to contracts, labour laws, grievance processes and counselling. To assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs. To assist and support the workplace administration to ensure the effective and conducive workplace for the companys workforce to optimally support the companys business growth and operational needs. Requirements:
Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Business, Communications, Public Relations (or related field) with 1 to 2 years working experience in Human Resources Good planning and execution skill Able to work with minimum supervision Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment; solve problems quickly and effectively All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
