They are currently looking for an HR Data Analytics Manager for the Hong Kong Group office.

Description

  • Be the people analytics champion, responsible for development of our future strategy data analysis, providing people insights through HR data, related to talent acquisition, talent mgmt. and dev., staff retention, engagement, etc.
  • Be a strategic advisor to identify gaps, business needs from HR data perspectives
  • Define HR analytics to identify productivity improvement opportunities and drive HR governance and ensure the programs/changes/transitions are delivered effectively
  • Partner closely with other HR leads to support pay/incentive structure, salary benchmark & related analysis through consultation and advisory
  • Lead a variety of HR data programs. Create and design implementation of common methodologies and tools for data audit, process compliance and project management

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
  • At least 8 years' experience in planning and running HR Data Analytics programs / projects from multinational company background
  • Capable in executing HR projects, and implementing various programs through regular communication with group HR team
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
  • Experience using Workday is an advantage
