Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Placement

Support full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, contract signing and onboarding for new joiners.

Draft and prepare letters when required (appointment & confirmation, promotion etc)

Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters

Compensation, Benefits & Staff Welfare

Hands-on processing and closing of Management & Staff monthly payroll, including CPF submissions;

Handle the annual employment income tax filing;

Maintain and ensure Payroll software & payroll-related information database and records are updated and accurate;

Oversees and support on foreign workers monthly payroll;

Process employee group insurance claims, NS make-up pay, government-paid leave scheme and other statutory claims;

Oversees and support in handling staff-related insurance claims and keep track of group insurance policies expiry;

Oversees in Leave management and time management;

Manage welfare-related events, including company functions, team building activities etc

Handle employee complaints, concerns, and disputes (if any)

Training & Development

Oversees and support on administering and processing of training request

Oversees and support on liaising with vendors and maintain training records

Process employees scholarship grant applications (if any)

Oversees and support in application of government training grants


Abreast with BCA/MOM/HBP and any other related matters initiatives and news releases

Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

Consolidation of documents for audit purpose

Assist in HR performance management and improvement projects, including HR policies development, employee handbook and collective agreement documentation, and any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Admin Duties

Answer telephone calls (take down notes/messages to relevant parties)

Prepare conference room for meetings

In-charge of office supplies or pantry supplies

In-charge of collection of daily mails and newspapers, including opening of letters and distribution to related parties

Arrange courier services (delivery or collection of documents)

Monitor office cleanliness and maintenance

Provide administrative support as required

Any other ad hoc duties


Mininum Diploma/Degree in any discipline with HR Specialization

At Least 3-5 years of HR experience

Full knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower and BCA regulations

Good communication, people, time management, analytical, problem-solving and organizing skills

Passionate about HR work and possess strong resilience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
