Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Continue to build and enhance the regional HR infrastructure together with internal stakeholders and external partners across the APAC region
  • Ensure employee and stakeholder impact are at the forefront of organizational decision making
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive integrity and accountability, facilitating value-added delivery in performance management, development, talent tracking, planning, and reward
  • Act as strategic advisor to the regional CEO on all growth-related initiatives throughout the region
  • Identify development needs and liaise with the line managers to agree solutions
  • Execute the full lifecycle of strategic Business Partnering with the local management team and the wider HR team in Europe
  • Handle operational day-to-day HR tasks and responsibilities for the APAC region
  • Your qualifications

  • > 8 years HR experience in a professional, growth environment with a preference for prior exposure to Financial Services and / or Infrastructure
  • Knowledge and experience in managing all aspects of HR service delivery through the entire employee life-cycle
  • Proven track record as both a sole contributor and leader of a diversified HR, reward and / or talent acquisition function
  • Strong delivery orientation, with an ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Vast network with external partners across the region and a proven ability to leverage that in times of geographical expansion
  • Commercial aptitude with an ability to demonstrate a solution driven approach to often complex problem solving
  • Systematic in their approach to change management, with an impact focused mindset on both employees and the organisation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-border team structure
  • Proven track record building high impact relationships in the pursuit of acting as a trusted advisor to a senior leadership group
