We are currently working closely with a well known Financial Services firm with strong presence here in the region. They are currently going through an expansion and are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
about the job.
  • Acting as HR Business Partner to provide HR advisory support to Department Heads and internal stakeholders
  • Main responsibility is to assist in identifying recruitment needs and handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Assist the Team Head to formulate talent acquisition strategies and manpower planning
  • Participate in improving on-boarding experience
  • Support in building talent pipeline for succession planning
  • Compile various headcount and status reports
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects to enhance work efficiency
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Must have 7 years in HR experience in banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition in corporate banking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and possess good time management skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must; Mandarin is considered a plus
