Our client is a renowned technology & telecommunications company headquartered in Singapore. With exciting digital transformation and growth plans on the horizon, an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner is now open. This is an individual contributor role.
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing effective HR Business partnering to the Business Group. As the Senior HRBP, you take charge of the various strategic HR initiatives, including but not limited to: employee engagement, talent acquisition, conducting salary reviews, performance management and talent development. You would also be working very closely with the rest of the HR Teams (Total Rewards; Learning & Development; Talent Management; Talent Acquisition) as well. You will also have the opportunity to drive HR projects where assigned.Requirements
You are degree qualified, and a HR professional with at least 12 15 years of experience as a HR/HRBP professional. Experience within technology companies is a plus. You possess the ability to be a self-starter, and enjoy driving change. You have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing senior stakeholders.
