Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

This position supports the entire HR Department by providing daily operational support in the areas of recruitment, staff movement, performance management, learning & development, staff welfare campaigns, and any other HR portfolios as assigned.

  • Assist with work pass applications and renewals
  • Liaise with clinic for all medical examinations pertaining to employment
  • Provide administrative support for new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Assist to liaise with training providers and handle all aspects of training administration
  • Source for relevant courses, registration of courses, organize payments, logistics set-up and maintenance of training records
  • Provide administrative support for staff sponsorships
  • Apply and administer all government grants related to HR
  • Collate and check all performance appraisal forms ratings in HRIS
  • Provide support for all HR led events and staff welfare
  • Maintain an effective filing system and manage the office stationery and pantry supplies
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good attitude and keen to learn
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Independent and good team player
