Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and efficient human resource services to support business growth and operations for the company.
  • Ensure that employees information is up to date and regularly maintained in the system.
  • To track and monitor employees attendance, leave and claims.
  • Prepare and execute the monthly employee payroll. This includes the monthly calculation and verification of work and overtime hours and to prepare the necessary documents for the annual income tax submission for all employees.
  • To assist in the Onboarding process for which includes, processing job application, ensuring that all the necessary documentation is obtained from the employee, to process the work pass application (if applicable), offer of employment, etc.
  • Maintain and upkeep all HR related documents and report in an organized manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and other related tasks assigned time to time e.g. administrating employment contract and reports, insurance application and processing, etc.
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities including ad-hoc projects assigned.
