Job Description



  • Responsible for full spectrum of human resources function but not limit to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, tax filing, staff records maintenance, leave record update and working visa arrangement for Expatriate.
  • Handle general office administration duties, including meeting arrangement, office equipment & facilities maintenance, office relocation and renovation, security, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies and office equipment purchase and so on.
  • Supervise the administrative team to provide efficient administrative support to ensure day-to-day smooth operation.
  • Coordinate training programs such as training material preparation, class enrolment, and attendance record updating etc.
  • Review, formulate and implement company policies & procedures from the view of both human resources and administration in compliance with related legal regulatory such as Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities.
  • Make constructive advice to Management for general HR and administration matters.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and annual HR projects as assigned.
  • Degree Holder
  • 10 years or above experience of HR Administration and office management in sizable companies of which at least 3 years in supervisory level
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ ordinances
  • Fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
