Job Description

  • Manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, leave and attendance records..etc.
  • Supervise company drivers, arrange job schedule and roster
  • Handle general office administration duties
  • Assist to review, formulate and implement company policies & procedures
  • Prepare and update various human resources and administrative reports for management review
  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 3 years or above HR & office management experience preferably from listed company or sizeable company;
  • Sound knowledge in HR practices, Labor Ordinance & related legal regulatory;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills;
  • Positive, Proactive, Independent, Self-motivated, Result-Oriented, Systematic, Detail-minded and well-organized;
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
