Working Hours

  • 5 Day work week
  • Monday - Friday : 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Salary

    $3000- $3500

    Job Scope

  • To assist HR/Admin Manager in overall office administration duties and full spectrum of HR functions
  • Responsible for leave management, training & development arrangement, payroll administration, recruitment and insurance functions
  • Submission of Work pass applications and other related arrangement
  • Perform all office administrative, document maintenance and other related admin functions:
  • Raise Purchase Requisition and Issuing of purchase orders
  • Sorting and dispatching mails and maintaining of stationery records and order of stationeries
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Monitor and renew vehicle insurance, road tax, vehicle inspection and vehicle parking certificate.
  • Prepare and process time cards/overtime claims
  • Maintain personnel medical and annual leave records
  • Office equipment maintenance and upkeep
  • Issuing of medical chits
  • Maintain document filing system
  • Assist in the organization of company functions and events
  • Monitor office maintenance contract, maintaining pantry/office stationery & printing supply
  • Liaising with vendor for sourcing and quotation of office equipment, printing and other purchasing
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties projects as and when assigned
  • Requirements

  • Diploma holder with Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Meticulous, hardworking, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Knowledge of Times Payroll advantageous
