Job Description:
Support the HR Department on effective delivery of HR operations and activities to our business units, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, performance management, learning & development, staff engagement and other HR & Admin duties and projects as assigned.
Handle recruitment function: review job description, post advertisements on job portals,
interviews
Support regional payroll & taxation (Thailand) and liaise with auditors on payroll audits
Prepare letters/contracts pertaining to employees appointment, resignation,
confirmation, promotion, transfer and other HR related letters
MOM Work Pass related matters including Work Pass application, renewal and
cancellation and update of foreign workers particulars
In-charge of staff on-boarding and off-boarding
Update and maintain employees data in HR system and filing of P-files
Administrate E-Attendance & E-leave in the HR system
Submit NSmen, Childcare, Maternity leaves & other government claims
Prepare and submit MOM & other statutory board HR-related surveys
Support staff welfares and benefits administration (group medical insurance & claims)
Prepare monthly Headcount report to finance department
Prepare monthly/ad-hoc HR analytics and metrics reports for management
Assist staff performance management
Assist manager in reviewing and updating HR policies and practices in compliance with
the local regulations and governances
Handle employees enquires on all HR-related matters
Administration of all Covid-19 operations that involve SMM, Safe Travel Entry and all its
related activities for our business under the prevailing government rules
Act as main point of contact for Covid-19 related matters and handle staff enquiries
pertaining to Covid-19 related matters
Support company events and employee engagement activities
Support HR initiatives and any HR ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
Preferably to have certification of CHRBP
At least 5 years of relevant experiences in HR operations, in FMCG & Hi-Tech industry
Knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and HR practices
Have experience in handling regional payroll (Thailand) preferred
Excellence interpersonal & communication skills
Strong analytical and projects management skill
Pro-active, resourceful, meticulous and results oriented
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work overtime as and when require
Location: Tai Seng
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary up to $4000 with good benefits and bonuses
