Full spectrum of HR Management & HR Development includes but not limited to
Plan yearly manpower with budget together with respective department
Publish job ads and shortlist candidates for interview as needed
Manage internal databases with new and past recruitment
Manage Orientation and Exit Interview
Develop appraisal system and conduct appraisal (performance review) in time with respective HOD
Plan Performance in Progress (PIP) if needed
Learning & Development
Work out L&D budget which is planned amongst employees, with trainees, future leaders etc.
Familiar with government grant and funding and apply for the relevant grant.
Develop Job progression plan
Com & Ben
Develop a fair com and ben system to attract the talent and retain the existing staff, balance with budget and profit of the company.
HR Information System
Develop and upgrade employee manual.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel file like employment contracts, etc
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Generate payroll and submit CPF and IR8A in tim
. Manage all leaves record and claim the necessary GPML/GPMB /NS etc
Min 5-7 years working experience as an Senior HR & Admin Officer or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Resources Development(HRD) & Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Familiar with MOM rules and regulations
Familiar with payroll system
Good verbal and written communication skills
