Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Location : East

Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
Assist in recruitment and selection process which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing candidate profiles to hiring managers and conducting reference checks
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences as required
Handle HR Administration Work Permit Administration, HR Surveys, Insurance, Benefits and Leave Administration etc
Handle monthly payroll processing, claims filing, annual tax filing and reconciliation of payroll runs and reporting
Perform accurate and timely input of employee data into the HR database
Ensure proper documentation, filing and P-files records maintenance for record retention
Conduct Staff Orientation
Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other relevant agencies
All General Office Administration duties such as office & stationery supplies
Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent Professional HR qualification
At least 3years of relevant experience in Human Resource functions
Good communication, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
Strong sense of discretion and ability to keep confidential information
Good knowledge of statutory requirements
Meticulous and ability to multi-task
Self-motivated and ability to meet deadline
Ability to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge in Timesoft payroll software
