  • Support HR data analytics by generating and consolidating data, creating reports from Workday HR system, and converting data into useful reports to improve HR data quality across the Group
  • Responsible for tracking headcount, preparing monthly reports and presenting PowerPoint for management
  • Assist in checking payroll, ensuring accuracy and assisting in half-yearly payroll audit by external auditors by preparing required documents
  • Responsible for administering Long Term Incentive (LTI) plan and the Share Options plan, maintaining records in the system, tracking of shares and generating documents
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related
  • Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience in an MNC, preferably from the financial industry
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and fast-pace environment
  • Working knowledge of Workday system
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and familiar with functions such as Pivot Table and VLookUp
  • Independent, self-initiated, and able to work with tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English and Chinese and ability to communicate with all levels
