Job Description

Learning& DevelopmentAs the owner, work with related stakeholders to address annual staff learning& development needs of the organization which combined with business strategy, priorities and resources, as well as responsible for its effectively planning, implementation, control and assessment.Lead the assessment to organization or functions, identify the improvement areas and propose the solution from training& development aspect.Continuous and effectively promote corporate Core Value (STEP-UP BEHAVIORS), which make peoples` behaviour align with our business strategy requirement.Support to establish the Technical Competency framework for key functions, and continuously improve staff competency by effective tools& methodology to support the talent& business growth. As a key member of Leadership Enhancement for different levels staff within the organization.Support HR Manager in talent review and management as per required.Build a learning culture within the organization by improve the staff learning system/ policies and initiatives, improve the individual/ business result by continuously capability enhancement.Ensure all the learning& development activities under controlled, and meet all kinds internal and external requirement.Performance ManagementAs the owner of performance management within the organization, work with related stakeholder and under the guide of HR Manager China to build up the culture of performance oriented. Provide professional support to all employee or leaders to lift the performance by effective coaching, training and sharing.Ensure all the performance management activities can be finished within the target schedule, required quality and expected result.Work with the Headquarter in NZ, launch, implement and running effectively the performance management tools in case of being required.Employment Engagement Build up effective employee communication programs/ channels, and continuously to improve the staff engagement.Analysis, Reporting & General AdministrationDeliver related analysis& reports, provide the insight to business and people management.Effective documents management related to staff learning& development and performance management.
