Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll, CPF submission and IRAS submission.
  • Handle recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, selection, hiring and on-boarding.
  • Manage Work Passes including application, renewal and cancellation
  • Maintain and update HR database to ensure employees records are up-to date.
  • Prepare HR related documents including employment contracts, letters and memo.
  • Ensure HR processes are in line with Companys policies, MOM regulations and all other relevant governing bodies.
  • Submit quarterly manpower reports and monthly payroll reports to Management.
  • Liaise with insurance broker on annual renewal of Workmen Injury Compensation and Employee Benefit Insurance.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Good knowledge in the use of payroll software
  • Able to work well independently with strong organizational and time management skills
