What you would do as our Senior Benefits and Mobility Specialist
We are looking for someonewho will playa key role in the development of pensions, mobility and benefit processes within ASSA ABLOY Group. As part of the group Compensation and Benefits functions you will take lead in improving, harmonizing, and implementing ASSA ABLOY benefit structures across the globe. In this role you will be a trustworthy partner within the organization globally.
Create better alignment of our benefits portfolio, both nationally and internationally
Ensure that pension and benefit schemes and processes operate effectively and meet performance and quality as well as complying with market standards and laws
Manage all mobility related activities
Provide guidance and expertise in cross country taxation, relocation, social security and benefits
Create and harmonize global benefit agenda
Advise managers and other stakeholders in pension, benefits and mobility related matters
Contribute to annual reports.
The skills and experience you need:
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of8 years' experience in a similar role
Understands tax legislation related to pensions and benefits and international mobility.
Has experience in vendor management
Interest in utilizing HRIS for benefit agenda
Interest in insurance/benefit pooling
Interest in compensation processes
Is analytical and has a sense of urgency and knows how to prioritize
Ideally, you would also have experience working in a multinational company with colleagues in many different countries including US and Sweden. A background in project management is an advantage, as is an analytical mind and experience in a matrix organization. You probably have a degreewithin Finance, Law, HR, Business Administration or similar.
