Job Description



You will be involved in the managing of our overseas assignees (OA) in our Group of Companies. Your primary role will be handling a spectrum of HR activities ranging from global talent search & acquisition, manpower budgeting, inbound/outbound movements, employee engagement, performance management processes, compensation and benefits administration, policy and process reviews to ensure effective talents placement for our overseas offices. You are also required to work closely with key management staff and provide quality work as desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end to end service delivery for all levels of assignees within the Group businesses. These include talent sourcing, coordinate/conduct interviews, package proposals and obtain approvals & extend job offers, installation & repatriation, work pass processing for various countries, induction, benefits review, contract renewals, on-boarding & off-boarding, prepare and file appropriate letters, maintenance of OA information in HCMS
  • Seek approvals on cost items, accommodation, home leave arrangements, check/verify staff claims and related HR expenditures
  • Coordinate and seek directions on headcount plans, prepare budgets & variance explanations
  • Work with relevant parties to resolve mobility operational matters eg work pass compliance, legal, tax and commercial requirements
  • Reporting and monitoring of OA contracts and assignments completion and renewals
  • Assist in mobility initiatives & programs, review policies & work processes to drive continuous improvements & alignment in mobility services delivery within the Group
  • Undertake any other projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related HR Professional certificates
  • At least 3 years international mobility experience with good knowledge on countries laws & regulations
  • Prior experience supporting mobility programs in Asia, Middle East and/or Africa will have added advantage
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable with good and creative problem solving to support business decisions & strategy
  • Analytical, meticulous and possess a strong service oriented mindset to deliver high quality touch point services
  • Resilient self-driven team player and able to work in dynamic fast paced environment
