Job Description
The purpose of this role is to increase employment engagement inIT Division, by building the desired culture through various initiatives andevents. One of the core responsibilities is to develop, plan and execute theinitiatives in line with the staff engagement framework. As a HR businesspartner, you will also work closely with Corporate HR to strengthen and developthe organisations and the divisions technical competencies by facilitatingthe development of individuals by equipping them with skills and resources thatare critical to their career growth.
