Job Description

The purpose of this role is to increase employment engagement inIT Division, by building the desired culture through various initiatives andevents. One of the core responsibilities is to develop, plan and execute theinitiatives in line with the staff engagement framework. As a HR businesspartner, you will also work closely with Corporate HR to strengthen and developthe organisations and the divisions technical competencies by facilitatingthe development of individuals by equipping them with skills and resources thatare critical to their career growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Devise, plan and execute initiatives and events with the purpose of gelling everyone together & building a common culture via a robust staff engagement framework
  • Partner with Corporate HR for company-wide engagement activities and initiatives
  • Understand the major employee engagement gaps and develop concrete initiatives to bridge them
  • Improve the onboarding experience of new joiners by adopting design thinking
  • Ensure alignment with the organisations learning & development strategy by partnering with Corporate Learning Centre for major training initiatives
  • Develop and execute training roadmap for various IT roles, supporting staff to attain the technical competencies required for their career
  • As a business partner, support the division in all other HR matters when required
  • Requirements

  • Good degree with at least 3 years experience in roles relating to employee engagement or Learning & Development and/or other HR roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships, with a people-first mindset
