You will be responsible for HR Faculty matters including administering and processing of Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management transactions. Other than providing advice on process and procedure, you will also be coordinating activities in supporting University level meetings as well as projects/process reviews.
To qualify for this position, you should have either a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business or a related discipline with relevant administrative / HR experience.
You should also possess the following skills and ability:
Strong writing skills is essential
Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
Meticulous and a service oriented mind-set
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
