Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Resourcing

  • Provides end-to-end HR operations support throughout the employee career journey.
  • Support a range of recruitment activities inclusive of interview scheduling, job posting, administering pre-hire assessments, coordinating pre-employment medical checks, performing employment verification checks, conducting onboarding and groupwide orientation session for new hires.
  • Assist with the HR operations transformation project.
  • Collate recruitment statistics for quarterly reporting.
  • Manage resourcing service requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for career fairs, recruitment events and talks.
  • Manage user access for job portals.
  • Administrative support for vendor invoice filing and management.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
  • 2. HR Services

  • Point of contact for HR queries and service requests raised by internal stakeholders.
  • Review and verify employee data, leave and absence.
  • Manage foreign worker work authorization inclusive of work pass application, renewal and cancellation, Foreign Worker Levy (FWL) and waivers, updating of personal and contact detail to MOM, user access for MOM portals, entry approvals.
  • Collate employee data and statistics for periodic reporting, MOM surveys.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new suppliers and vendor management.
  • Prepare and generate certification of employment.
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in operating Workday preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process-driven with good analytical skills.
  • Team player with strong service mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management.
  • Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently.
  • Able to multitask and work on different projects/activities concurrently.
  • IHRP certification preferred.
