Roles & Responsibilities


  • The incumbent is responsible for end-to-end cycle of the recruitment activities for designated departments/schools/research centres
  • Ensuring necessary documents are submitted prior to requisition creation
  • Engage with hiring managers and candidates
  • Prepare of salary proposals
  • Influence candidates to accept offer
  • Ensure hiring is process accurately and timely
  • Strive to meet SLA for recruitment are delivered by the recruitment team, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met (within resource constraints)
  • Other projects on adhoc basis
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Good understand of Human Resource practices and labour laws in Singapore.
  • Proficient in WorkDay Recruitment module
  • Able to handle high volume of recruitment
  • Able to multi-task and a good team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of administrative, recruitment or HR transactional work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, time management skills
