Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection of new employees
  • Coordinates with recruitment agency, job portals with regards to job requirement
  • Prepare employment contract
  • Handle monthly payroll process
  • Handle application of all types of work passes
  • Handle new hires on-boarding and orientation
  • Handle resignees off-boarding
  • handle leave administration
  • Handle Companies group insurance
  • Ensure proper documentation in employees p-file
  • Coordinate performance appraisals
  • Assist in updating of various reports
  • Assist with drafting of internal memo and letters
  • Participate in organising of company activities
  • Handle office administration and maintainence
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work well independently and as a team
  • Able to communicate well across the all levels
