Roles & Responsibilities

The Lee Kim Tah Group is one of Singapores foremost property development and construction companies and a pioneer of the island city-states world-renowned public housing industry. The Group also has significant holdings and activities in the hospitality sector (hotel and food & beverage) and in recent years has diversified significantly into new areas such as technology.

The Senior Executive, Human Resource & Admin will provide full-spectrum HR support to the Groups food & beverage arm, Legendary Hong Kong (LHK). The incumbent will work with LHKs senior management team daily, whilst reporting to the Groups Head of Human Resources. The work location is in Chin Bee Crescent, Jurong.


1) Full-spectrum HR administrative function ie recruitment, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance & reward management, implementation of policies, staff discipline & conflict resolution and other HR-related function

2) Full knowledge of work permit application and use of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM portal including monitoring of work permit quota

3) Manage the complete on-boarding and off-boarding process for all hires and leavers including all administrative work ie employment contract, work permit management, medical claims, insurance matters, etc

4) Responsible for payroll processing using the Companys HRIS Info-Tech and prepare monthly payroll reports & reconciliations

5) Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, internal policies and personnel file

6) Design and implement a structured performance appraisal process and report on key team and individual performance indicators to achieve improved business performance

7) Work with Senior Management and HODs to identify current and future learning and development needs and manage the process of training grants

8) Strong communicator with the ability to act as advisor to Senior Management in all employee relation matters including disciplinary & grievance cases, and build strong relationship with staff

9) Assist in market surveys from MOM and various HR-related surveys

10) Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of office operations


1) Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline

2) Good knowledge of prevailing MOM & CPF regulations

3) Independent team player with the ability to multi-task

4) Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively

5) Hands-on person who is proactive, driven, and resourceful

6) Experience in F&B HR work, as well as Info-Tech HR system will be advantageous

7) Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
