- As a HR Business Partner to R&D and Systems Engineering, you will focus on the following:
- Partnering and supporting the business units in a full spectrum of HR functions which includes talent acquisition and retention, talent review and management, compensation and performance management.
- Develop people strategies that closely supports the overall objectives of the organization and facilitate solution delivery through leveraging the full capability of the HR function
- Lead organization change management process in response to business strategies
- Participate in and support the business units in manpower planning strategy and budgeting process
- Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on performance and development
- Partner with HR Shared Services to facilitate HR processes
- Facilitate employee engagement strategies with business unit(s)
