Job Description

Job Purpose Provide support in HR Talent Management. This includes administering of the NHG talent management initiatives, managing the database for NHGs talent pool and at the cluster level.
This role will also be working closely with institutions to review development opportunities and ensuring the talent pool is trained in milestone leadership programmes.
Areas of Responsibility
The key working partners include talent management colleagues from NHG institutions, with some exposure to external training coordinators.
HiPo Identification
  • Work with institutions for accurate and timely compilation of HiPo list (incl. following-up on missing info).
  • Highlight issues and recommend solutions to enhance list.

  • Talent Development
  • Implementation
  • Partner with institution HR and senior management in the implementation of development initiatives and plans, including
  • Leadership Programmes for junior to mid levels: In charge of annual nomination and provide support for other programmes
  • Experiential development: Provide support on MOH/Hs annual rotation cycle and experiential initiatives;

  • Talent Engagement
  • Plan engagement sessions for talents (including as in charge for junior to mid-levels Leaders Network).

  • GTMC Secretariat
  • Main secretariat for GTMC
  • Coordinate agenda across teams, handle logistics, write minutes for own presentation items.
  • GTM Records / Research Management
  • Lead in maintenance of proper and accurate talent development and relevant records and database
  • Support in maintenance of TMSP research repository

  • Admin Support
  • Manage calendar bookings for team
  • Verifying training or learning related claims and processing invoices

  • Others
  • Other Ad-Hoc Duties When Assigned

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Education/Training/Experience
  • Recognized Polytechnic Diplomas of any disciplineMinimum 1-3 years working experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Must have initiative and able to handle multiple task concurrently.
