Job Description


We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team (as a core member), to develop and execute hiring strategies for all Corporate roles (across Growth, Marketing, Customer Happiness, Operations, Finance and P&C)

Working directly with the respective Head of Departments, the successful candidate will take ownership of a number of hires, and act as the sole point of contact/ owner for said requirements end-to-end

In addition, lead and participate in strategic TA projects that will improve and drive efficiencies for years to come.

This is a group-level role which is based in Singapore.

Execute search strategies to help us achieve our rocketship ambition by scaling and growing core teams across all countries

Build long term relationships with talent across the different markets, supporting and guiding them throughout the end to end recruitment journey

Partner with our internal stakeholders, and apply a data-driven approach to analyze and understand how to remove blockers/ improve hiring-related efficiencies

Collaborate with the People Operations team and Business Partners on related topics such as contract generation, onboarding, background checks etc.

6+ years of experience relevant experience in recruitment (ideally in-house in a tech-related startup, or an organization that has experienced high growth)

Experience of working closely with senior business leaders as a business partner by offering thought leadership and broader market insights

Exposure to various hiring strategies leveraging various inbound and outbound tools

Adaptable team player who is able to work in a fast-evolving environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and colleagues from different cultures
