Adecco is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant HR Desk). This is a full-time and permanent opportunity located in our office in Orchard. This is a 360C recruitment consultant role where you will be exposed to handling HR function roles

Job Scope

  • Fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the thrill of the sales and approaching and establishing new client relationships
  • Developing and managing Candidate pool/portfolio
  • Attracting new candidates via networking - Job boards - Recommendations
  • Driving sales to connect with new and existing customers to establish and maintain business relationships
  • Communicating with clients regarding recruitment of candidates through business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, directing recruiting, existing database and internet advertising
  • Handling the recruitment process: posting of job ads, interview arrangements and offer management.
  • Updating of internal databases and processing recruitment administration work
  • Managing your own day to ensure that you are successfully creating your own pipeline and achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly individual/team targets
  • The ability to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Requirement

  • Candidates with sales background will be advantageous
  • Comfortable with managing large client accounts
  • Sales-driven and passionate about identifying talent needs and supporting top talent in identifying the right career path
  • Proactive and high-performing individual with strong communication skills
