Our client is one of the leading conglomerates. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a C&B calibre to join their HR Team

 

We are now seeking for an SENIOR C&B MANAGER (REGIONAL)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to the Head of HR and supervise a C&B teams to handle all C&B administration including payroll, benefits, pension and transfer for Hong Kong and Regional offices
  • Support the Head of HR in formulating and implementing C&B strategies, programs, policies and procedures manual (ISO format)
  • To manage the company salary administration programs including the development and m
  • Handle C&B projects such as annual exercies, salary bench marking, budgeting etc.
  • Review and develop the C&B policies and procedures
  • Prepare various C&B related HR reports for management review
  • Review the compensation package and benefits schemes including commission and bonus scheme review
  • Responsible for International Mobility across the region and develop HR policies and procedures for regional operations

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in C&B area gained from sizable companies, of which at least 5 years' expereicne in regional team lead capacity
  • Experience in handling complex benefits scheme would be an advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, will knowledge in overseas labour law an advantage
  • Well-organized with excellent analytical skills and strong numerical sense
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications esp. MS Excel
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
