Job Duties:

  • Drive proactive sharing of market intelligence and provide key information to support business strategies, partner with and advise the leadership team on compensation decisions
  • Manage the recurring processes, including annual compensation review process, salary planning and budgeting; including market and salary adjustments promotions, bonus payments and merit reviews in view of performance trends
  • Plan and develop compensation and benefit programs in alignment with the Global reward strategy by evaluating cost and effectiveness of programs, recommend change and drive change implementation
  • Lead and drive global C&B projects implementation as assigned
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of HR experience in a sizeable and structured environment, with solid experience in handling regional C&B projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to engage internal stakeholder to seek alignment for proposals
  • With ability to think strategically and execute independently
  • Understand the business with strong communication and presentational skills, resilience, reliable and ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English is a MUST
  • Occasional travel is required
