Job Functions: Business Development, Human Resources


  • Establish good cooperative relationships with various departments/units to provide solutions for manpower planning
  • Coordinate the management of secondment and contractor; liaise, coordinate and monitor service providers to ensure smooth logistics arrangement and service quality
  • In line with the business development, compile and analyse the manpower needs of secondment
  • Make recommendations re the salary package and the terms of employment as and when required


  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration / Human Resources is an advantage
  • 7 -10 years or above relevant working experience and hands-on strategic planning experience, 5-7 years of which in financial institutions
  • Good negotiation problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, mature, patient and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in common PC applications, such as PowerPoint, WORD, Excel Chinese word-processing
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, and fluent in Putonghua
