As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be managing the HR and office administrative tasks for our office in Singapore and APAC region and support the global HR team. Your responsibilities will include (without being limited to):
Handling end to end recruitment life cycle
Creating, advising and running talent acquisition project together with the hiring managers
consulting/advising the hiring managers on the market conditions; selecting the best methods of attracting candidates & reducing the time to hire
Revamp HR policies and frameworks according to changes in legislation and local conditions
Sourcing candidates directly through innovative advertising, social media and other sources as well as collaborating with recruitment agencies.
Providing candidate screening support via telephone interviews and face to face interviews
Handling recruitment administration including the applicant tracking system, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, psychometric tests and reference checking together with our HR team
Responsible for office management including office administration and activities planning
At least 3+ years of experience in professional recruiting
Post secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
Demonstrated knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, networking, compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management
Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English or other language is a plus
Both interpersonal and good organisational skills
Adaptable in approach and work style to changing demands, and fast-paced environments
A strong collaborator with the ability to build relationships across teams and cultures
