Job Description

As a Campus Recruitment lead, you will drive campus recruitment efforts and recruit top talents from universities to join Temasek as interns as well as ad-hoc internship programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Programme manage Temaseks summer internship and offcycle internships, ensuring smooth running of program delivery and milestones, and providing guidance to both interns and managers in order to have a successful and meaningful internship experience
  • Partnering with business campus champions to develop and deliver unique campus recruitment strategies and be the employer of choice among targeted graduate candidates
  • Manage candidate selection including : Processing a high volume of candidate applications in our recruitment system (SuccessFactor), pre-screening, collaborate with business campus champions to review applications and managing candidate selection processes Scheduling interviews including intensive assessment days with business campus champions, disseminating interview materials and feedback, candidate care and manage calibration and decision meetings Partnering with Shared Services team in offer management and onboarding processes
  • Key champion for Temasek, developing strong brand presence for our campus programmes
  • Build engagement with university career office and student clubs/societies to design, facilitate engagement events and source targeted student talent population for Temaseks internship opportunities
  • Highly organised in planning of events and logistics e.g. marketing materials, networking events and case competitions
  • Identify opportunities to increase diversity, inclusion, belonging and engagement with underrepresented candidate profiles (i.e. female candidates, local market representative racial and ethnic heritage profiles, digital/technical skill sets, multi-lingual capabilities, etc.)
  • Design and launch new initiatives for early career programmes across undergraduate and postgraduate which align to Temaseks campus recruitment strategy
  • Use creative sourcing methods to attract, pipeline and retain top quality student talent throughout their student life and subsequently into Temasek
  • Generating statistics and data to track recruitment success and trend
  • Maintaining and update global information across our recruitment microsites
  • Skills and Attributes

  • Up to 2-6 years of relevant experience in graduate/campus recruitment related role
  • Highly passionate about engaging with and nurturing junior talents
  • Highly organised and data conscious
  • Exceptional organisational skills and proactive multi-taskers with high level attention to detail
  • Strong ability to manage heavy work volume and meeting deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and able to prioritize under pressure

  • Effective communication skills (spoken & written) able to communicate and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority
