The successful candidate will partner the business to execute HR initiatives and address HR issues with the objective of cultivating a high performing culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Human Resources Business Partner youll:

  • Partner with the business to deliver the talent strategy by actively managing the talent acquisition, performance management and career development process
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives relating to career development, employee engagement and talent management
  • Manage the annual performance and compensation review process
  • Support HR operational activities for the business which include establishing sound HR policies/ practices and managing employee life cycle activities
  • Delivering reports on key HR metrics and providing relevant analysis/ recommendations to the business
  • Collaborate with COE teams to tailor relevant talent solutions for the business and assist with HR projects
  • Facilitate timely resolution to complex and urgent employee relation issues
  • Facilitate focus groups and performance management sessions
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A strong team player
  • Demonstrate drive, resourcefulness, and initiative to work in a fast-paced environment
  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • A degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of HR generalist/ business partnering preferred
  • Experience in working in a matrix environment, with agility to cope with multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Ideally, youll also have

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership, multiple stakeholders, and diverse teams
