  • Datasearch Consulting partners with large international, medium-sized, and start-up Technology, Payments & Data companies to hire the best talent in the market. We focus on hiring in the Asia Pacific region (North Asia, South East Asia, Japan, Australia) and hire Senior Management, Sales, Presales and Technology/Delivery positions.

    Due to our recent strong growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to work on regional APAC engagements. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growth and highly specialised firm as well as a blank canvas for an ambitious recruiter to build their own team and drive a business to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Consultants in taking job briefs and researching target companies/candidates
  • Calling / Emailing both warm and cold candidates regarding new job opportunities
  • Meet and screen candidates and match them to suitable roles
  • Networking with C-Level contacts in the regional Technology, Payments and Data sectors
  • Advertising job opportunities in external sources (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Taking references from candidates previous employers
  • Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates
  • Management of stakeholder relationships throughout the search process with key focus on candidates (Senior Associates will sometimes work with clients/hiring managers directly)
  • Involved in proactive activities around how we identify new contacts for and manage our highly specialised database
  • Key Requirements:

  • Ideally have 1-5 years of technology sales or recruitment consulting experience
  • A track record of exceeding revenue targets, both with existing clients and new client accounts
  • Be an effective communicator with good people skills
  • Be persuasive, persistent and patient
  • Work to tight timeframes and deadlines
  • Have experience in, or an interest in, the Fintech, Technology, Payments and Data sectors
  • Ability to work in a flexible work environment (whilst travelling, co-working spaces, home, etc)
  • Be Technology savvy and able to communicate online through Skype, Email, Zoom, Whatsapp, etc
