Job Description

You oversee a team of Recruiters to recruit talents for corporate offices and research functions of the University.The goal is to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure that the university hire right for both current and future needs.

Responsibilities

-Supervise, coach and mentor a team of Recruiters

-Partner and work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of HR services on hiring needs

-Seek out and engage with passive and active candidates in traditional and creative methods

-Streamline and improve recruitment process

-Stay aware of labour regulations

-Advise hiring managers on recruitment process and interview techniques

-Other adhoc projects

Requirements

-At least 6 years of recruitment experience (including candidates sourcing), of which at least 1 year in managing a team

-Sound knowledge of full cycle of recruitment

-Strong interpersonal and communication skill

-Good understand of Human Resource practices and Labour laws in Singapore

-Exceptional team-management and decision-making abilities

-Bachelor Degree
