Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Human Resources [LKCMedicine]
This role is responsible for planning and executing the implementation of HR initiatives and targets to help achieve the goals of Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine). It includes dealing with associated operational issues and coordinating activities related to specific objectives of LKCMedicine. The Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager (HR) contributes to the enhancements of the LKCMedicines HR programmes and practices by incorporating the feedback and requirements from stakeholders.
The incumbent will also be involved in managing the day-to-day HR operations in LKCMedicine which include manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development and talent management. The incumbent will be required to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment to provide support in the mentioned areas of HR duties. He/She will also assist in any other HR related projects.
The role has a primary reporting line into the Office of Human Resources and a secondary reporting line into LKCMedicine.
