Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • End to end candidate recruitment management
  • Staying current on the companys organization structure, company policies, and laws regarding employment
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, and agencies
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
  • Able to multi-task well.
  • Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience in-house or search agencies.
  • Knowledge of other human resource disciplines would be an advantage
  • Experience in manufacturing industry would be a plus
  • Good knowledge in MOM employment regulations
  • Familiarity in HR databases including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Familiar with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
