Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

To assist Employee Services in maintenance, organisation, and execution of daily operation and adhoc projects.


  • Handling Human Resource administrative needs
  • Upload employee documents into ePfiles
  • Upload/ update employee records on daily basis to HR system
  • Process and maintain employee benefit data
  • Coordinate and arrange staff for 6 monthly medical and submit 6 monthly medical to MOM
  • Address employee queries about benefits (Example, leave; claim & HRIS)
  • Collate and compile feedback result for new software
  • Prepare HR-related reports or presentation as needed (via Excel, Words, Power Point)
  • Coordinate HR related activity between vendor/service provider for onboarding & event items
  • Help up in ad hoc projects and company events
  • Requirements

  • O / A levels / Diploma and above
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
  • Good Administration, time management, coordination
