Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain full set of financial accounts and audit schedules
  • Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
  • GST reporting and submission
  • Monitor ageing of receivables and follow-up on collections
  • Perform reconciliation of vendors statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely
  • Handle aspects of personnel administration such as maintaining personal files, leave administration, medical claims, etc
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in accountancy or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledge in basic accounting software such as ABSS Premier (MYOB)
  • Self-motivated, independent, resourceful and good interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese with good writing and communications skills (to liaise with China based associates)
